Hey y’all I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Lark on nd. The apartment is a 4X4 Unit and my roommates are very sweet. Rent is $ a month it includes all utilities as well as a 🏊 pool, hour inside gym, a coffee shop located downstairs, several study rooms throughout the building, and a bull runnerstop located nearby. This apartment complex is less than a mile from 💚 USF campus! I’m looking for someone to move in mid December, I will pay the transfer fee, you would just have to pay the $ application fee.
