Hi, Loading...

Jan 2019: Not sure why management is getting so much hate here; every time I've placed a work order with them, their estimate is always accurate (and I've had everything from an AC compressor to an icemaker replaced). It's a bit annoying that they call and ask how things went with maintenance if they so much as change a light bulb, but it's a good thing they care that much. The apartments themselves are a bit expensive, but comparable to other units in the area. The quality of the fixtures, the electrical work and plumbing are all quite good, as well. Some of the AC units are older, but they have maintenance staff specifically trained in the repair of these units. They seem pretty permissive regarding painting your unit, should you want to, but I've never felt the need. The landscaping and amenities are all quite nice, and I've never really had an is Review from Google
Nov 2018: Great & Safe Area Office staff and Management are very nice. Affordable prices. Review from Google
Nov 2018: I've lived here for 2 years and initially moved in on a special in a 1/1 however, after the one year rent was raised almost $100. Maintenance requests used to take longer for a response but now they are quicker to respond. I believe since change of management there has been improvements. I used to call the front office and the phone would just ring but now there is an answer every time. The apartments are a bit pricey for what they are offering but it is nice for a temporary stay (1-2 years). I hope this helps someone. Review from Google
Oct 2018: I moved here this year from NY and after checking out a handful of places in person I stumbled upon this gem. The staff and maintenance personel are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are quiet and clean with ample parking. I placed a call to maintenance and they were at my place within a few hours the same day. The trash has not been an issue. Personally, I feel if the others would be more mindful of recycling, compacting and cleaning up after themselvrs then it wouldn't be a topic of conversation - but that's just me 😄 glad to be here Review from Google
Jul 2018: I been living here for almost a year and i love it! the office staff is awesome and yes they might take a little to fix something but come on have you seeing the amount of units!? the only thing i have an issue with is with some of the people that actually live here, they let their kids destroy the gym and behave like animals at times. i guess some people are not used to or don't like living in a safe and clean environment. Review from Google
Jun 2018: And the problems persist with management and maintenance because they refuse to fire that idiot maintenance supervisor Raul. Called today-again-wondering when maintenance is coming. Don’t know and don’t care, I guess. 🤷‍♀️ Recently, we had a fire inspection done and one of the guys left my patio door open while I was out. My husband went to complain and Raul called me a liar since the guy denied it. This is the second time that Raul has outright called me a liar. The first time was with a dryer issue. Guess what, the heating element went out, so how am I a liar exactly when it was determined the dryer needed replacing. What exactly would I get out of lying about my patio door being left open? I can’t figure it out. I wonder how many more weeks we’re going to have wait for working outlets, new weather stripping, and fixing Review from Google
Jun 2018: I recently had my A/C unit freeze and it was just after business hours. I went to the office to see if anyone was there to get a new filter and help out. Even though the doors were locked the management worker and maintence (Orlando) came and unlocked the door. They gave me a new filter and Orlando came to my unit to make sure everything was ok. He helped with what he could that day and advised he would come back tomorrow to inspect and clean everything out. Orlando kept his word and was back the next day. He cleaned everything out and got things back to normal. He also took the time to show me everything that I needed to do to keep things running smoothly and made sure I had sufficient air flow to each room. He was very nice and respectful as well as knowledgeable about the situation. So glad I got this taken care of so quickly ! Review from Google
May 2018: Be prepared to walk a mile to your apartment because the parking cannot handle the residents, let alone anyone with guests. If you find a spot, Uber everywhere because you’re likely to not find another one, or you can risk it by parking in a fire lane. Also don’t expect anyone to reply to your request. My friend has been asking for a new oven since his doesn’t work since February. Review from Google

Apr 2018: Office is gorgeous Alexis was phenomenal Nicest one bedroom I’ve ever seen Clean clean clean Everyone met was friendly smiling God blessed decision 👍🏻 Review from Google
Apr 2018: The apartment I viewed today was nice and spacious, I was actually excited about moving in. Unfortunately, while sitting in the front office, I found the staff so abrasive that I walked out and left the apartment behind. I really want that space, but there is no way I can sign a lease with people like this. I know I would be signing on for a nightmare. I log on here to write this review and, wouldn’t you know it, all the residents say the same thing. Get it together guys. Review from Google
Apr 2018: I always take reviews with a grain of salt however this review is what you can expect if you move here. I moved here with the impression that this would be a great place to live. When I arrived to view the available apartments I was ignored for nearly 20 mins although I made an appointment. My thought was maybe it’s just really busy. Fast forward, when it was time for me to sign my lease the staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought I was in good hands. The first day I was told to let them know if I had anything that needed to be changed or fixed. I had a few minor things to change (light bulbs, plastic seals around the doors, and raise the kitchen light fixture since I’m tall) I have things to do I don’t have time to follow up multiple times on simple things. Nearly 2 weeks went by and nothing. I went down to the front office angry Review from Google
Mar 2018: Absolutely the worst place. The front management could not care less about anything. Each month for me it was a new problem. The air conditioning did not work the entire time I stayed here, and even calling and hounding them several times, they blew me off and never fixed it. I had an ant infestation that they ignored, then tried to blame it on me saying I gave pest control the wrong address when in reality, the front desk never wrote me down for it. I also had a fly infestation due to moldy drip pan in my refrigerator from it never being serviced or cleaned. My washer barely worked. Anything I mentioned to the front office was blown off and ignored. They are extremely rude, and every month it is a new problem. People just pile their garbage, cops are always in and out, super sketchy area now. All in all, it is a complete dump....Do. Not. Rent Review from Google
Feb 2018: I moved into a two bedroom apartment two weeks ago. When I first arrived the person was very nice friendly and outgoing. I wanted a first floor apartment and was shown one on the second floor first witch was very nice, the first floor apartment was awful. I asked the leasing agent to show me another apartment on the first floor, she said they didn’t have any more units available, so unfortunately I agreed to take the apartment on the second floor. I was told to do a walk through of the apartment and fill out the paperwork, so I did and there were some things that needed to be addressed in the apartment. A work order has been put in and know one in two weeks has even responded to the apartment to fix the toilet that won’t flush, fix the shower door that won’t close properly and has mold on the shower doors,no screens on some of the windo Review from Google
Feb 2018: It just annoys me that they speak so highly about the "State of the Arts" business center???? REALLY? The computers are a joke. They are NEVER maintained. They as slow as molasses! The printer NEVER works. Not to mention when they renovated, the computers were not available for MONTHS! But we still had to pay for an amenity that we had no access to. Outside lighting not working in many areas, light posts with wires exposed. They blame Tampa Electric. I could go on and on. One thing I know is that when I leave this apartment, there should be no problem getting my deposit back. Been here 5months and it is 100 percent cleaner and fresher than when I moved it. Oh and it's now roach less! Review from Google
Feb 2018: If you move in here, be prepared to have your water shut off all the time but they charge you a flat rate (higher than what the meter-based bills were before) for water that you don't always get. Maintenance requests are totally ignored if they're not an emergency. We've had several major issues (oven, washing machine, front door lock not working) go unanswered until we chase down a maintenance guy and beg him to help. I could go on and on and on.... its not the employees here who deal with the residents that are the problem. I blame upper management. "Trickle down apathy". I wish someone had warned me of the issues before I moved in, so be aware ; once you sign that lease, they don't care about you. Review from Google
Jan 2018: The first sign you see as you drive onto the property is the sign announcing this complex is voted the best apartment community in Temple Terrace. But it is harder to vote for apartments than to vote in a general election. We've been consistently disappointed and dissatisfied since we moved in. Trash is piled up. Appliances are old and energy inefficient. There is no communication from the management when water is shut off or work needs to be done. But they are very good about asking for the rent when due. On the plus, we've never been vandalized or broken into except the one time by Temple Terrace PD. I would not recommend this apartment complex. Review from Google
Dec 2017: If I could give this place 0.25 stars I would because frankly, 1 seems like way too much. When i first got my keys to move in back in August, I opened the door to an apartment infested with roaches. I constantly called the office and visited them since they never answer the phone and it took them weeks to even give me bombs for the place. I had to contact Better Business Bureau to get anything handled. They offered me a new apartment for the same rate. I moved in and I submitted a work order every single month and my issues have not been fixed. I call the office and no one answers, I send emails and never get a response. I go to the office and they say someone will work on it. I see maintenance hanging out on golf carts like wow, my garbage disposal could be fixed and not leaking filthy water into my dishwasher and kitchen floor but I guess th Review from Google
Dec 2017: I lived here for a year. The apartments themselves are fine, nothing special but not bad either. When I first moved out I might have given them a higher rating. However, it took two months to get my deposit back. The office rarely answers the phones, even when I lived there. I left many voicemails over a period of weeks, none of which were returned. Unfortunately, the management let this place down. Review from Google
Nov 2017: Update, I now Vote as the #1 Best apartment complex in Temple Terrace! The complex is looking beautiful with all the completion of the renovations! The Management staff have worked hard at solving the problems with the turning off of water, w/ the help of the maintenance team they've been able to fix the problem. The new maintenance team are working long hours solving the issues and giving excellent service to the residents here at the complex. The improvements on the property, are making it so pleasant to live here as a resident. I'm happy to write the management staff really care about the residents living here, and will give their attention to keep the residents happy & notifying of upcoming events held in the newly modeled clubhouse. The newly decorated office center has laptops with wifi for the residents to go online, & for fitness training Review from Google
Oct 2017: I've lived here for about 4 years. In 2014 I experienced some termite issues in July. They were everywhere. I let the leasing office know and they started to have the apartment sprayed regularly. It subsided a little, but there were still termites. Beyond that, I haven't had to much issues. They switched management in 2016 and they were struggling with maintenance workers and getting things handled. I've also seen an entire new leasing office staff. There are times when they turn the water off for some reason or another and they don't inform residents or inform you late (very annoying) and. Sometimes it takes a while for maintenance to come to handle a work order unless they deem it as an emergency. Besides that, I haven't had too many issues over the years. This is a nice, quiet, family and single home neighborhood. Safe to be outside and saf Review from Google
Jul 2016: If you think the new management is any better than the last, think again. I've left 3 messages about a leak under my sink and a serious ant problem that has been going on for months. The messages I left started a week ago and still no response. I can't even sit on my couch without ants crawling all over me and forget the kitchen. I keep the apartment very clean... the ants seem to be coming in through the window in the dining room. This apartment complex is a joke. It's cheap, but the condition of the apartments and lack of response from office and maintenance staff doesn't make up for the difference in price. Review from 7/24/16 on Google
May 2016: Was browsing websites for apartment communities, as I have an upcoming move. After reading the responses from management to the former tenants who left their feedback, I would never even consider living here. It is incredibly unprofessional to call these people out & basically challenge them in comment form. Whatever took place between management & tenant should never be displayed & made public. Not every tenant is going to be happy when they leave & it is in very poor taste to list specific details regarding their issues on a public forum. Review from 5/14/16 on Google
Mar 2016: I lived at River Chase for a year in 2014 and 2015, and I loved it. I would have lived there longer had I not had to move to a different city. I loved the pool areas, basketball and racquetball courts. The staff was A-1. They were super friendly and they never messed up my account. My apartment itself was as good or better than what I expected, and I never had neighbor issues. It's an older complex, but they take care of it. Review from 3/23/16 on Google
Mar 2016: First and foremost. If you decided to actually live here, I recommend Nikki as a leasing agent. She will go above and beyond for you, she is the second reason I decided to stay with first being cost and stress of moving again. We moved in to find we had a flea and roach infested apartment. Our dryer had a faulty outlet and caught on fire, we had to actually use the fire extinguisher. Our dishwasher full of mold. The apartment was not clean when we moved in, found food under the oven and dish washer. Roach poop along the cabinets and dishwasher. Review from 3/16/16 on Google
Oct 2015: One of the worst places to live. Maintenance is the worst, I've lived in multiple apartment places and I know that the maintenance is usually annoying everywhere, but this place is the worst I've seen. When we first moved in we noticed that our back door deadbolt wouldn't lock it looked like the door was maybe not lining up the guy told me to just pull the door in and jiggle it until it worked. This worked for a while, but then it just became impossible to do. We also noticed there was a hole on the outside of our apartment the lady said they would fix it. It was there the whole time we were, they finally fixed it about a week or two before we moved. Also, the biggest issue, our toilet bowl was broken, we told them within the first few days of moving in and they said they fixed it. Review from 10/28/15 on Google
