I live in a 4x2; it is an interior bedroom with an attached bathroom which is also attached to another room on the opposing side. The apartment itself has a balcony, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, a gym, rooftop 🏊 pool, and fully furnished! The rent is $, not including the valet trash ($), parking ($), and 💡electric bill. Because I re-signed early on, I was able to keep the same rates which have since gone up! *Preferably on 👩 girls and 💚 USF attendees*
