Off campus student housing called The Social, right off of Bearss and Bruce B downs, approximately 6 minutes from 💚 USF. It&#;s a great location, there are 🍔 restaurants (Chik-Fil-A, Jimmy John&#;s, Cracker Barrel, PJ Dolan&#;s, 🍕 pizza place that offers $ all you can eat) connected to the apartment complex, probably a 2 minute 🚶 walk. I have very quietroommates. They all work full ⌚time and go to school so you would barely see them. Although there are no pets living in the apartment currently, it is 🐕 pet friendly, so dogs and cats are welcome! They just completely remodeled the gym, clubhouse (Apple desktops and printer), and 🏊 pool. There is also a valet trash service, so you can just leave your trash in a bin outside of your apartment and they pick it up very early in the morning every single day. I have the 🏆best room in the entire apartment, the set up is very functional. FULLY FURNISHED! That means you get a gorgeous updated bed frame with 4 drawers, a night stand, a desk built into the wall, a chair, and of course the living room has a large leather couch and a ❤️love seat. It does have a private bathroom, closet, and desk. The living room is large and has a flat screen on the wall. The kitchen looks good. There is also a washer and dryer. There is a decent sized patio, as well. I&#;m moving to New York as soon as I graduate so I would like to find someone to sublease my apartment as soon as possible.
