I am looking for someone to take over my lease (Mayth – August 3rd) at Campus Palms Apartments. Dates are flexible and it is also possible to continue the lease for the same price next year. Since you are taking over my lease you will get a special price, which is only $. This is $ less than the regular price you would pay, when signing a new lease. This price includes all utilities and the room comes fully furnished.
My two super relaxed roommates Matthew and Alex are studying also at 💚 USF and most of the ⌚time it’s a quiet environment in our apartment, so it’s perfect to study. The apartment has one of the 🏆best locations within Campus Palms, since it is close to the entrance and only a few footsteps from the club house and the smaller 🏊 pool. My room is A, so it’s the middle size. The University and Walmart are in 🚶 walking distance to the complex.
