Hi everyone! I need to sublease my apartment at Campus Palms (a 3/3 bedroom/bathroom). The lease goes until August. It&#;s basically across the street from 💚 USF and there is a 💚 USF student 🚍 bus that has a stop there. All amenities are included (🌊 water,💡electricity, cable, etc) and it has a private bathroom. There is a kitchen and a spacious living room, washer and dryer are also included. There is one other 👨 maleroommate here, 💚 USF grad student. The apartment is maintained well and the other 👨 guy is 🎇clean. I&#;ll pay the sublease fee and application fee.
