Apr 2017: I love it. It's not the most modern or up to date but for the price it's right on. Staff is friendly maintenance is fast and the complex is quiet. Big pool, free printing, and includes basically everything minus electric. don't be picky if you're willing to pay this low of a price people!

Feb 2017: Campus Lodge is awesome. Great staff, very helpful and welcoming. The apartments are well priced and homey. Perfect size with a decent size balcony. Our front gates are getting fixed finally! So more security will be put into place.

Dec 2016: Campus Lodge is everything a college student could want. Afforadble, but still a nice and cozy place to hang out with your friends in a spacious room. It feels like you are staying at camp wilderness or some sort of resort! As soon as I walked in, I knew I was home. The employees were transparent about what you were really getting and very helpful.

Dec 2016: I recently went through a very complicated lease transfer and everyone at Campus Lodge was so helpful and made sure to keep me involved every step of the way to ensure I had a smooth transition. I have lived here for about 6 months and have already resigned my lease for next year. I have next to no complaints with this place! It's a great place to live, staff is friendly, and issues are resolved so quickly. I love the room that I'm in and the price for what you get is a great deal.

May 2016: I like campus lodge, it has been a good experience other than a few maintenance issues. staff is friendly and usually able to work with you and they'll feed you. The pool is absolutely beautiful and it's been great.

Apr 2016: I love it here. Its very quiet and well maintained. I just moved in here and the process was very quick. Everyone at the office were very nice and helpful. I plan on renewing my lease and staying longer.

Mar 2016: So far living here at Campus Lodge has been a pretty good experience for me. I do enjoy the size and design of their apartments and this new management is usually helpful in resolving any issues that you may have as a resident. Overall, its been great being apart of the Campus Lodge family.

I was a bit nervous when I first moved in over a year ago but since new management had taken over, things have become a lot better. Everyone in the office is really sweet and the managers are always willing to talk to residents about concerns. I feel things will only improve with time. I'm planning on signing my third lease and would definitely suggest my others to live here too. (:

Jan 2015: I've lived here since August of 2014. I loved the community right when I saw it. When I moved in there was different management. After new management, the community improved by a lot. Before when I put in maintenance requests with the previous management they would take about 2-4 weeks to attend to it, but after new management my room mate had put in a few maintenance requests for our kitchen and they were done within 2 days. I'm very happy to love here, I love my apartment, and I'm planning on living here for a while!

It has all the utilities included which was nice. Base rent was 600 give or take ten bucks. Neighborhood outside is a little ghetto but conveniently placed around grocery stores.
The bad:
Internet has been on/ off for months and was resolved with only quick fixes. Called bright house directly, will update how that went later.
They tell you to move ALL of your stuff in your room on the first week of August and then proceed to clean it 3 weeks later. They have not thought about the process on our end evidently. And for some reason their website says no payment due on August and the next payment is on September. Called the office, says the website is wrong. Also, their website will charge a convenient fee of $15 so money order is necessary if you don't want to pay the fee.
