May 2017: Apartment and floor plans are amazing...until you move in. The day you move in the roaches and spiders form an alliance to get you the hell out. Spiders dropped from the ceiling for about 6 months of staying there (despite multiple attempts at getting sprays EVERY WEEK for bugs). The roaches made appearances the entire 12 month lease. The AC went out once a month and we were never reimbursed for having to sit in sauna. The only reason this is 2 stars and not one is because the maintenance team was very prompt on most things (except AC) and fixed most things in a timely manner.

May 2017: Never recommend Cambridge woods to my friends or family. Even though we kept the apartment so near and clean, after two consecutive inspections the leading staff assured of no charges after move out and even paid $85 for cleaning, still charged $935. We trusted the people and their words, but never thought of such behavior from them. Every year many students come from our country to study at USF, and would definitely post my experience at Cambridge woods on our Facebook community page so that they can be aware from this kind of people.

May 2017: We had so many problems the whole time living there. Cockroaches, billing, miscommunication, cabinet doors falling down, loud neighbors.... The most frustrating was being charged wrongly so many times, then trying to talk to someone to get it figured out. They say they are willing to help...but no one ever did. Very happy we only had to stay for 7 months.

May 2017: I have been residing here since January 2017, I have nothing but good things to say about this complex. If I have to contact the maintenance Dept. for any reason they always attend to my issues right away. I am blessed with very nice and friendly neighbors. The office staffs are very friendly and are eager to listen to any issues you may have. Great location and reasonably pricing.

Apr 2017: I really want to give the least star this system has. It seems Cambridge Woods' rent is cheap, BUT you never know how much it would charge you in the last one month. They will give you bunch of so called "policies" and charge you for more than 2 month rent, and if you don't, you will have to pay "late"fee, $75 per day. Literally, it means, no question, no confusion for their charging system! If you don't pay, ok, add more to you to pay. I basically know the reason why Cambridge Woods was put into court recently.

As long as you have enough money and credit, you'll love this place and you'll be able to furnish it the way you love it to be!

Dec 2016: Been living here for 2.5 years and haven't had much to complain about. Very beautiful recently remodeled (for the most part) apartments. Of course things will break every now and then but I don't think I have ever had to wait more than 24hrs after submitting a service request to get something fixed around my home. Generally, if I submitted a request in the morning it would be fixed before 2pm. Overall, it has been nice living here.

Nov 2016: Worst apartment I have even been in. Takes forever to get anything repaired, I've had electrical problems for almost a year that hasn't been addressed. My smoke detectors have not ever worked and reported it. Some inspection they do every month. Washer has been broken before we move in. Finally after 10 months getting a non molded fridge in our place. Was not clean when moving in. Also added payment that was not on the contract. Not able to correctly answer questions or help the residents. Also there is mold growing in the ceiling and the roof is about to come down. I could keep on going. This place is the worst. I do not recommend anyone living in this environment!!!

Mar 2016: don't MOVE IN! IT'S A SET UP once you move out they charger you for BS for stuff they should have to do once you move out.

Sep 2015: O NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! My experience has been hell since move in. The office staff are arrogant and unfriendly...they show you a model and bamboozle you...my downstairs bathroom is LITERALLY a closet turned into a bathroom...it's worse than an airplane bathroom. There is construction in my backyard that the company disregards in which makes sleep nonexistent..I had to stop working from home...the construction shakes the entire house....let's not talk about maintenance it's been a nightmare...the toilet downstairs had to be removed...it was installed incorrectly which caused the carpet to mildew...that was replaced incorrectly.

When I moved in, there was a robbery 100 mts from my house.Facilities: With 2 treadmills, and an out of order machine they call it as a gym. And the swimming pool is not maintained properly and one of the pools was closed by the Florida health & safety for not maintaining it properly and potentially a risk to the residents. Pricing: When compared to other communities near the University their pricing is more for what they offer. And when you raise a request for something with them it will take ages for them to show up. We had a problem with the kitchen lamp and we raised a request.
