Rent will be $ a month for an apartment all to yourself with all utilitiesincluded and the $ sublease fee will be paid for. Avalon is the closest apartment to campus (literally right across the street), has an amazing 🏊 pool/hot tub, large gym, and all rooms are very spacious and have private balconies.
