This has been such an amazing place for me to stay at to finish my academic career. Now it is ⌚time to end this chapter in Tampa. I live in a 4x4 at Avalon Heights with three amazing 👩 girls that I dont want to leave, they are very 🎇clean, quiet and respectable.

This is a PRIME location to be. It it right across 💚 USF campus and near local police dept and Advent Health hospital. It is a 2 min 🚶 walk to a 💚 USF🚌 bus stop that will take you to the Marshall Student Ceneter (MSC), 5 minute 🚶 walk to Publix, minute 🚶 walk to the MSC, and a min 🚶 walk to the Morsani building. Amazing facilities are provided onsite such as a study center with mac computers, study rooms, individual desks, and 📺 tv&#;s etc(⌚time well spent here).
The complex itself is quiet compared to 💛 UCF student living centers. Also this facility hires those who live on site.
Availability to move in prior to May 1st is available upon request. 💚 USF has provided me with such an amazing college experience and Avalon Heights made it that much better to be a student there.
