Hello my Name is Alejandro Ruiz . I have an apartment in Avalon Heights right across the street from 💚 USF. My room is in a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom set up. Each room has its own bathroom. The set up has a kitchen , laundry room , and a family room . My building is the one closest to 💚 USF, right infront of the new Publix on campus. My building has the 🏊 pool , gym , office , and computer lab right there on the 1st floor. I am looking for someone to take over my lease. I am willing to pay ONE month of rent.
