Hey 👨 guys! I am subleasing my 1x1 in a 4x4 at lofts starting in January-July, super close to 💚 USF! Since it is subleasing, very flexible with moving in date. The room is super spacious.
I have the old/cheaper rate, which is $ (rate + mandatory renters insurance + fee). The current rate is around $ only the rent, without the insurance and fees, I believe.
The roommates are amazing and super friendly and organized! The apartment is for a 4x4 but we currently live in 3 people, which is pretty nice (if you have a friend that wants to move in with you, there is this room available at our apartment as well). I ❤️love it here and the price. I&#;m only moving to be closer to work.
