Mar 2016: Great place to live. Very friendly staff and community. Maintenance is prompt and know their stuff. Love the upgrades and renovations. Best place to be. I hear the pool will be salt water pool. Super excited about this. Maintenance on this will be so much easier and better for the community. Review from 3/3/16 on Apartment Ratings
Feb 2016: Awesome place to live. I've lived here for 3 years staff is very friendly and helpful. Review from 2/9/16 on Apartment Ratings
Jan 2016: The maintenance staff and office assistants are very pleasant and maintenance is pretty quick when requested. However, watch out for the managers there. They will try to lie and scam you when you move out. They did this to 3 of my neighbors and myself. Advice: Take photos of EVERYTHING before you move in, make sure you take the condition check-in sheet that marks the condition of the apartment and document EVERYTHING. If you can, even bring a staff member with you when you do so. Document ALL repairs that were done during your stay and have maintenance sign it (usually they'll give you a repair sheet before they leave though). When you leave, PHOTOS and DOCUMENT everything again, even bring a staff member with you to sign it when you're done. The reason I suggest this is because of the following: I left my apartment in almost the exact same Review from Google
Jul 2014: I've lived here for 3 years, the starting rent rate was great for the area considering how close it is to the ghetto part of downtown. The maintenance has always been prompt and polite when I call them. I live in one of the older complexes in the back closer to the train tracks so a few things have worn out but they always fixed them right away. They warn tenants before inspections or in case a break in/theft has occurred. Danni is extremely helpful and nice, Kristi took awhile for me to warm up to but it might be because she comes off as a bit reserved. Both women a very pleasant to deal with and I've never had an issue with them. Review from 7/27/14 on Apartment Ratings

Jun 2014: I moved here in 2010 and am still here. I've read some of the negative reviews and would like to set the record straight. Yes, the train is annoying but the rent here is cheaper than surrounding areas. Contractors do not begin work at 5am. I know this because I get up at 4:30am, aside from the sounds of the train, it's silent. I always get advance notice of when they are coming in for an inspection. When I work odd hours, I would request a certain time of the day for whatever needed to be done. The staff has always been courteous of that. Review from 6/27/14 on Apartment Ratings
