Currently looking for 2 roommates for a 4 bedroom 3 bath house. It is being renovated right now and will be available to move in on January . about minutes away from campus. open concept. rooms are good size. if anyone is interested I would ❤️love to give a tour of the house before the renovations start so you 👨 guys can get a gist of the space. I will be living in it while renovations are being done. They are mostly cosmetic so really the move in date can be before the new year as well. Price of the last 2 rooms are negotiable. If you look of the address the pictures of the house, that is not what it is going to look like come move in day. Everything including outside will be re done.
