Aug 2016: can't even explain how great the staff is at Harbour Ridge! Always smiling and friendly when I visit the office. I've lived out here for 2 years now with no complaints. Friendly neighbors and a quiet and safe neighborhood. My sister and her 2 year old daughter also have a place out here and she loves it! would recommend this complex for a small family or someone on their own!

Mar 2014: I am very happy living here. It is very clean, quiet and comfortable. My apt was immaculate when I moved in and had a fresh paint job, resurfaced counters and new floors. The outside areas are well taken care of and there isn't a speck of litter to be found. The location is super conveinant, you can walk to Food Lion.
Management is top drawer, almost instant response to any request with the office women, Maryann & Brittany really going the extra mile to help out any way they can. Very friendly and just plain nice.
Maintenance is just as good with response time usually same day.
