Hi, Loading...

May 2017: These apartments are so cheap and the staff is not on top of things. I've been living here for two years simply for the convenient walk to campus. If you're looking for a good place to live, look somewhere else. The people here are loud, the apartments are way too small for the price you have to pay, and again, they're very cheaply built. Review from 5/19/17 on Google
May 2017: This place was awful when I lived there last year. They had bugs and the management was terrible. I can gladly say management has changed and it is much better. It used to be hard to get ahold of a manager and get anything accomplished but the new management is quick and really nice. They've improved a lot in the past year. Review from 5/11/17 on Google
May 2017: The absolute worst wilmington has to offer! DO NOT live here! They will rip you off for every dime you have, the apartments are small and infested with critters. The managers like to act like they know what they're doing but they're clueless. Not to mention all of the fees they like to add on or just simply charge you for with out any warning or prior knowlege of. Please do yourself a favor and do not sign a lease here, they will 100% screw you over! Also all of the good reviews on here are ones that they pay their residents to post. Feb 2017: Compared to all the other college student-targeted apartments out there, CEV is by far at the top. The staff is always friendly and quick to respond whenever there is an issue and you usually see more than just the front office staff working which is nice in case they can't answer your questions. The constant renovations at the property really keep things up to date and feeling more luxurious than what you would expect from typical off-campus apartment living. Review from 2/25/17 on Google
Feb 2017: Affordable rooms, great neighbors, and a lively community make staying here an easy choice. Just a ten minute walk from Campus, the sidewalk goes the whole way an makes traveling quick and easy so I'm never late for class. haven't met a bad staff member yet, and the apartments are pet friendly! High speed internet, fast and friendly maintenance, and the front office always has supplies like toilet paper, coffee and pizza. Review from 2/7/17 on Google
Nov 2016: I've met some of my best friends in such a short time. CEV does a bunch of events to help you get to know your neighbors and they always have free food (which is a plus as a broke college student). Office staff is also super nice and helpful. Review from 11/6/16 on Google
May 2016: I wish I could give 0 stars. Let's start with talking about money, shall we? Even at their cheapest living option, you're still paying WAY too much for what this rundown place is worth. The buildings are ancient and dirty, there isn't enough parking, it's not safe (in any way - my neighbors were broken into, my car was broken into, there are visible cracks in the door seals, the back "patio" has a sliding door with no lock), and every week you have to submit a new maintenance request because something breaks. When I wanted to leave after the semester, I took it upon myself to find someone to take over my lease to make it easier on the office, and was still slapped with a $350 re-let fee (they said it was to "get the apartment ready for the next person"). Review from 5/21/16 on Google
May 2016: I've now lived here for 2 years, I was here through the management transition when CEV took over and was very pleased the office staff remained the same and helped make the transition as smooth as possible for everyone. I love my apartment, all of the great staff and the location. The amenities are great too and they keep adding more. (also they just renovated my apartment and I'm loving my new upgrades!) May 2016: I have lived at Campus Evolution Villages (formerly Campus Walk) for roughly 1 year. CEV is most certainly the best apartment complex in which I have lived out of four total. The management is fantastic and maintenance is always extremely nice and quick for repairs. The location is also one of the best things about CEV. It is easily the closest apartment complex to UNCW, and even the farthest walk to class is about 15 minutes. Review from 5/7/16 on Google
Oct 2015: Maintenence here is horrible. They told us last night they were changing hot water heaters but didn't give any instructions about pets or anything. The maintenance crew left my old water heater in the middle of my kitchen with dirt all around it, put everything that was in my closet with the heater right in front of my cats food and litter box and then I went into my bathroom and they had used it and left the seat up. Idk how to file a complaint but I need to
Feb 2015: The Apartment is great, but at times the office seems unorganized. In a 3 bedroom with 3 baths, it is beautiful! The front desk people are nice, however upper management can be unorganized and rude. Review from 2/16/15 on Apartment Ratings
Jan 2015: I think that this is a great place to live! It is perfect for a student at UNCW because you can walk to your classes and the library. You feel as though you are part of campus life, but you have your own space to return to after classes. I enjoy the space, it is large enough for one or two people to live comfortably, and parking is never a problem for me and there are always plenty of visitor spaces available. Personally, the fact that they offer furnished apartments is what I really enjoy the most! What is also really great is that there are always people ready to help you when you need it and they are always friendly! I am happy I chose to live here while I am going to UNCW. May 2014: To Future Renters, May I suggest Campus Walk on Racine Drive in Wilmington, NC. Yes, I'm not a student, which geared for the UNCW Students looking for find place to rent, but a retired engineering / supervisor / manager of large corporations in the Cleveland area of Ohio. I have been here 10 years, as of July 2014, and it is a friendly, understanding and a place to go to school and relax by the pool. It is central located in an area that most students refer for going down down or to the beach. Again, it is work checking it out and I believe you will like it. Review from 5/27/2014 on Google
Feb 2014: this is a great place to live. they are super friendly and the staff are very helpful. I like that they have tanning and great new clubhouse. you all should really think of getting into one of these places! Review from 2/23/2014 on Google
