So I’m looking to sublease my current room out in my apartment. I am a cosmetology student in Wilmington but have been commuting from home in Ocean Isle lately and would rather just sublease my apartment. I have a roommate who is really nice and tends to stick to herself and she does not have any 🐕 pets. The apartment complex has lots of amenities, such as a newly renovated gym, 🕶️ tanning bed, basketball court, 🏊 pool/hot tub, and the apartment is fully furnished and includes a inch Roku 📺 tv. I am willing to include February rent. If you are looking to sublease at a certain ⌚time after February, (i.e. summer months), I am willing to be flexible with when you need the apartment.
