Hi, Loading...

Oct 2019: I was thinking about getting a apartment at fields market, I called over the phone to say I was coming to view the place. ( I lived 3hrs away from out of state) I got there and had to wait 30 mins to even get a simple hello. Anyways I send my money over 100 dollars for the fees, cause I did like the location. Then I told them I was not getting the apartment like 3days later. They didn’t give me my money back and it’s been months now! I don’t recommend this place.💯 #scammers Review from Google
Sep 2019: No communication in office , one associate will tell you one thing the next associate will say another very unprofessional, Nobody communicates with another to let what's going on with people apartment ,money etc . I wouldn't dare move here , all they have to say is sorry and that your right .which isn't helpful Review from Google
Aug 2019: I been living here for 1 year , is the worst place to move in to ,they try to break in to my apt twice and i still have 2 police report,I moved out like 4 months ago and i never received my deposit check ,when i stop at the office they keep telling we will look at it and see whats going on ,no one want to help they keep saying u will receive any time of this week but thats never happened. Jan 2019: DONT MOVE HERE!!! Turn around and go somewhere else. This place is roach infested and maintenance is shady. Leasing consultant and staff only care when they get are trying to convince you this is a nice place. I’m moving out as soon as my lease is up. Waste of money. I would rather sleep in my car then with roaches. Trash all over the place. People hanging out in the parking lot at all hours playing loud music. This place is trash. Review from Google
Jan 2019: Well this is from my own experience with living here for around only 3 months. So far it's not been pleasant not to mention the fact that I got robbed a few days ago not even being there that long. Just tread with caution when moving here Review from Google
Dec 2018: The fact that they don’t clear out they’re parking lot when we get a bad snow storm like this is a bad look for management and ownership. It shows bad leadership starting at the top and because of this alone with recent safety concerns and the frequent trash piles at the dumpster ( I’ll admit they’re getting a little better at) I want be singing a new lease. The people within the office are great for the most part but again you have to blame who they report to because they’re control is limited. I’ve been here 3 plus years I’ve been late twice and I believe with my money and rental history I deserve just a little bit better. Review from Google
Oct 2018: Would give this place a -10 if it was available to give. This place is not worthy of anyone whom pays the amount they request for their shoe box apartments. There's a constant mold scent in the apartments...with actually mold that I have personally encountered twice and I have lost 2 babies while living there. Thank God that I have moved and expecting my first baby in 9 weeks. The managers are full of it. My "water and sewer" (which is one of there many add ons)bill was 180 dollars for the last month of me staying there in a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Explain how that could even be possible for a person to use that amount of water in an apartment of that size. I literally would have had to be running water for the whole month straight NONSTOP! I hate this place. I wouldn't recommend it to a animal, let along a human that is going to spend the Review from Google
Sep 2018: The staff is rude and doesn’t speak unless they’re showing the property to a potential new resident. Maintenance request go unanswered for weeks unless you continuously call to remind them. My A/C has stopped working twice in the past month. Both times over a weekend. The first time I was told that even though it was 82 degrees in my apartment it wasn’t a maintenance emergency because it was only 78 degrees outside, even after I explained I have a small child with asthma! When maintenance finally arrived (after being without air for a full day in August) he seemed bothered that he had to come and then came with no tools at all. Eventually he was able to get the air working but it’s been only about a month since then and it’s broken again. Every month they add unexplainable charges to the rent and if you call for a break down no o Review from Google

Jul 2018: Exorbitant price hikes will drive me away after 14 years. Bathrooms and stove do not vent to outside leading to too much moisture inside. An A.C. condenser unit was installed right in front of my bedroom window. In perspective, all Greensboro apartments have increased prices, at a rate much higher than the average income. So, it's not a problem limited to The Fields Market Street. I will still look for less expensive options. I also wish there were apartments with NO wall-to-wall carpeting. But this is rare. Jun 2018: I do not usually complete reviews whether good, bad or indifferent. However, I am beyond fed up with “The Fields At Market Street.” I moved into my apartment August of 2015 when it was The Ashland and I loved it. The office staff were great and I never had any issues with too much of anything. Of course, there were minor maintenance things but they took care of them quickly. Management changed a few times, I think, but still Donna and Michelle always took care of whatever I needed. Fast forward to the last year here... it has been the most aggravating and frustrating year in this complex. The day before Thanksgiving 2017 my refrigerator stopped cooling. Both the refrigerator and freezer. The after hours maintenance personnel called and told me that my refrigerator was in the “defrost mode.” He did not come look at it, no questions were Review from Google
Jun 2018: Place is a dump. Front office won’t accept packages for residents so they won’t get STOLEN off of their front doors! Review from Google
May 2018: As previously noted in earlier reviews, DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX!! I would rate this complex a -5 if I could! I moved into the complex in November 2015, which was called "The Ashland" at the time. It was being managed by Donna Dungee. Donna and the staff were AMAZING! I was satisfied with my apartment and had minimal complaints. Maybe 6 months in, I noticed there was mold growing in the master bedroom closets and it affected a few of my personal belongings. I went to the office and requested it be addressed as the smell grew over time (especially in the warmer months). I was told by the maintenance guy (who did not last long) that it was not toxic. First and foremost, how do you know? You did not test it. You simply looked at what appeared on the wall of the closet. He did not pull the carpet up to see where it started or anything. Feb 2018: Please be aware before moving into these apartments. That there is a mold smell in the bathroom closet area which is making myself nausea. I also have a one year old son. managment told me " mold is everywhere it's normal, it's mold growing outside. " Review from Google
Dec 2017: I moved in three months ago and I love it! the apartment is way more than I expected for the price and I've only had 1 small issue so far and the maintenance guy came the same day to take care of it. the girls in the office helped me SO much during the whole process which was new to me. im really sad to see only bad reviews online and I hope happy people start posting as well because this really is a great place. i didn't see these before i moved in but just come out and look for yourself, you obviously can't always trust online reviews. Nov 2017: Since the new management has taken over nothing gets done! They expanded their maintenance staff and still couldn’t seem to do anything no matter how many times you addressed issues over the phone or in person unless you speak directly with the property manager and even then things still don’t get done half of the time. I don’t think there’s a single child in this community that has any manners or respect and they are never supervised. The office staff is rude and unpleasant. The apartments are not worth the money they charge for them. This place is a joke! Do not live here! Review from Google
Oct 2017: This new management here has destroyed what I thought was such a great community! I want out of my lease immediately! I've had mold "that was discoloration" from the air in my coat closet and had a miscarriage! I'm constantly having to come up with more money due to unexpected bills being thrown and did I add they took at 640 1 bedroom apartment to 730! They are terrible! I hate it here and I can't wait to leave! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! It's not worth your money or time at all Review from 10/16/17 on Google
Sep 2017: Well here we are a little over two years later and i am still living here. For the record I am only here because I have not fallen in love with a house to purchase yet. If the community was in it's present state two years ago I never would have moved in. The management staff have changed multiple times and not for the better. The current office manager walks right past residents in the parking lot an does not smile nor say hello. I have experienced this as well as my new neighbor and its very off putting. There is one woman in the office who answers the phones who is so very unpleasant. Friends of mine visited from out of town to find a new place to move to and they phoned to request a tour on the Saturday they would be in town. The woman I am writing about gave them such an attitude they went looking elsewhere. Review from 9/20/17 on Google
Nov 2016: I've lived at this complex in 2 different apartments at 2 different times. 2009-2010 and 2012-2013 were the best experiences I've ever had at my home apartment complex. Minus one person from the staff that no longer works there, everything was great. I will be moving back soon. Review from 11/4/16 on Google
