1 bedroom in 1 bed 1 bath.This is a studio apartment. It is located within a minute 🚶 walk from UNCG and a minute 🚶 walk from downtown Greensboro. The unit is number . The unit comes furnished which includes: bed/bed frame, wardrobe, dresser, desk/chair, large table, bedside table, mini ⛄ fridge, and ☢ microwave. There is no kitchen in the unit, but there is a communal kitchen on the ground floor. Also, the building does allow small to medium and some full-sized appliances (⛄ fridge). For example, I have kept a convection oven, air fryer, crock pot, and much more in the apartment. The building does not normally allow 🐕 pets, but will make exceptions for certified Emotional Support Animals and service animals. The unit has a balcony that overlooks a park on the Friendly Avenue side of the building. The building as amenities such as a 🏊 pool, workout room, game room, and communal lounge. Parking is available in the surrounding lot. My lease ends in July of , but they will allow you to renew your lease.
