Hi! I’m looking to sublease my apartment in student apartments at Spartan Crossing. It’s very close to campus, within 🚶 walking distance or a 5 minute drive. The unit is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom, but I currently only have 1 roommate who is very nice, quiet, 🎇neat, and respectful.
The room is the biggest room in the apartment and has a private bathroom! The only utilities you are responsible for is 💡electricity if you go over $, all other utilitiesincluded. High speed fiber internet is included with rent and you have a 📺 tv already in the apartment. The apartment is 🐕 pet friendly as well!
