Mar 2019: Great place to live!! The apartments are spacious, have nice appliances, flooring, countertops and bathrooms!! All updated and modern! Neighbors are all friendly and Robyn in the office is wonderful. The grounds are nice and maintenance is very fast and efficient. I only have good things to say about Park Forest. Review from Google
Sep 2017: Staff is not cooperative. I specifically told them I only wanted a 3 month lease starting July 28th but they are now trying to force me to pay into November. The dryer does not work very well. Electric bill is $40 higher than it should be for an apartment this size mainly due to the dryer and the HVAC unit.Jul 2017: Lived at Park Forest for 10 mo. and I was very impressed with the complex. Office staff, especially Robyn, was professional, friendly and always very helpful. Maintenance staff took care of any issues promptly. I would highly recommend this apartment, and the location is close to everything you need. Review from Google
May 2017: I have lived here for almost a year and I absolutely love it. I have lived in other apartment complexes in Greensboro but nothing compares to Park Forest! The staff is always super nice and willing to help with anything and the price range is extremely reasonable for the quality of living that they offer! I just signed another lease and I will actually miss this apartment when its time for me to move out of Greensboro. DEFINITELY check this place out!

Jan 2017: These apartments used to be great. Good location awesome management and maintenance crew. Ever since the new owners and new crew came in just horrible. The new manager Robyn is rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. Hillary (the old manager) had the whole complex running perfect. Grounds were always clean, manintece crew was knowledge and quick to repair. They now have inexperienced dummies. Rats, and rodents all over the dump area. Complete mess! not worth the very high rent+water+sewage+garbage+admin fees. don't let the high prices, and one unit they list pictures of fool you. The apartments are dirty, no insulation, moldy. Thank god we are moving out in April! Review from GoogleJan 2017: Current property management does not properly maintain and repair the is simply dressed up for appearances, but if you look deeper, there are big problems simply glossed over. Previous management actually was more responsive and seemed eager to do the right things. Current property manager seems to want to settle for the fast, band aid make it look better than it truly is.

The closets are huge and we have room to put a dresser in each bedroom closet. The bedrooms are plenty big for a king-sized bed. The maintenance team here is absolutely fantastic. They're smart and get to you quickly. I like the cabinet space in the kitchen but the pantry and linen closets are on the smaller side. I am glad they exist though! There are quite a few pet owners but unlike other communities where I've lived, these pet owners do a good job of picking up after their pets.

Apr 2013: I used to live at this property. I was always thrilled with the staff, which I interacted with a lot. Their very pleasant and friendly! Parking was ok, it would be nice if they had dedicated spots for each apartment. We are just off of Battleground Avenue & very close to Bryan Blvd, usually less then a 5 minute to anything we need. The community itself is also very quiet - seems to be made up of mostly couples and small families.The grounds are very pretty, the staff does a nice job keeping up with it. Parking has not been an issue for us. As for the apartments, they are very comfortable. Not exactly the best construction, but what do you expect for the prices. There has been no problems with anything within the apartment. We have never had any issues with bugs. The staff is just wonderful, always friendly and incredibly helpful.
