Feb 2017: Great apartment and fair distance from UNCG, staff are very pro-active to issues with the apartment. And the price is great along with free shuttle to/from school. Only downside is the loud train and noisy neighborhood. Review from 2/10/17 on Google
Nov 2016: Lived at Spring Place for two years and I would definitely recommend this property! The staff is professional and actually cares about the residents. These days it seems like people will complain about any little thing that they don't like, yes the staff will be uncompromising if you're asking them to do something that is against the lease or policies of the community. I stayed in a two bedroom unit and I miss how nice and big my closet was. I would still be living here but I relocated for work. Great prices, awesome amenities, and caring staff. What more could you really need!? Review from 11/15/16 on Google
Nov 2016: As a guy the place is perfect for me, nice amenities, friendly staff, no overages.... yet. The only issue for me is, the shuttle stops running at 6, so if you have night classes then you better find out the public transportation schedule because the Spring place shuttle will be parked at 6 on the dot. I attend UNCG so the shuttle is nice but as for the people who go to A&T they have this inconvenient van that'll get cramped if there are many who go there that depends on it. A particular experience I had one day a few weeks back was the shuttle that goes to UNCG was not running so the van from A&T was picking up students from both A&T and UNCG, and it was one of the most cramped, longest and hottest experience of my life. Mar 2016: THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE ! Not only are you getting robbed of paying over $400-$500 in rent for a tiny BOX and bathroom. The overages are ridiculous! Went from $5 overages to $75 !!!! You have no control over your roommates and how they use the energy. The management SUCKS. I have seen soooo many different staff in that one office. Our ice machine wasn't working for our refrigerator so they replaced the Whole refrigerator with one WITHOUT an ICE MACHINE. The computer lab printer has been broken for months they refuse to replace it with all the money they are robbing from us "broke college students" Review from 3/27/16 on Google
Jan 2016: Worst Place housing in Greensboro, no where else will you find a hive filled with my scum and villainy. Inside this gated prison will will be met by many a prostitute and dealer. Any home you visit is an outright dump. The land we better off Abandon . Review from 1/23/16 on Google
Oct 2015: Outside looks good. But dont judge it because u will be fooled. I regret this move with my life check in no packet for me no mail key room not clean drip pans on stove rusted out be charge extra for a pool view in which only thing i see is maint shack and the clutter WOW! Big disappointment and got pics for proof. Review from 10/22/2015 on Google
Oct 2015: RUN!!! I lived here for 13 months and hated everyday of it! Firstly, when I moved in my room wasn't clean, It had cobwebs in every corner of my room, I had a hole in my closet door that never got fixed, A huge dirty hand print on my wall, some other belongings from the previous tenant as well. I was in a 4 bedroom flat. The rooms are extremely small. It comes furnished with a bed and computer desk, and under bed storage dressers ...but you cannot fit anything of your own inside of the room. Review from 10/5/2015 on Google
Sep 2015: Parents, do not let your students live here. It is the worst apartment complex I have ever encountered in my entire adult life. It looks great on the outside and they will make it sound awesome. They will show you the perfect model to just blow you away, but on move in day, you will wish you had never set foot on the property. Apartments were disgusting, appliances broken, most of the staff are clueless and unwilling to do anything except say, "I'll add it to the list" for maintenance and then don't. Students, do yourself and your parents a favor and avoid the legal headache, find another apartment complex. On move in day, you will be thankful. don't listen to the good reviews on this site. More than likely, they are done by people that work there. Review from 9/10/2015 on Google

Dec 2014: Do not let the pretty colors fool you, this is the worst place you could move to. The employees don't care about any except for getting money out of you. No one is helpful and they are all rude. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Review from 12/3/2014 on Google
Nov 2014: Spring Place is by far the best apartment complex that I have stayed in since i first came to Greensboro. I am student at North Carolina Agriculture & Technical State University and for some its unheard of to live further away from your campus; however, its been the best experience and decision ever. The amenities that are offer comes with the most dynamic and the most enthusiastic staff ever. The maintenance staff has been on point with just about anything that I ever need taken care of and they finish in a timely manner. The professionalism that the staff has is unmatched by the places I have ever lived. I am 26 and of the 5 years I have been in Greensboro, my only regret is not finding this place sooner.
