Mar 2019: I really liked the place as apartment location is very convenient for students who are studying in UNCC...very close to light rail which cover the whole city! The staffs are super helpful! Special thanks to ann rector, she is awesome & always there to help 🙂
Mar 2019: I have had a great experience living at Walden Court. The staff has been so friendly and helpful. I love the location and that it is in walking distance to a lite rail station. It is also right across from a nice lake and many shops / restaurants. It is close to the University area and anything I could need is nearby. I really enjoy using the pool in the summer time and like working out in the workout room. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
Sep 2018: When I first moved in October 2017 everything was great. Fast forward to now I have had my car window busted in and have put in countless requests to fix my leaking roof. I was told multiple times the work outside to repair the roof was repaired. I have endured countless rainy days with buckets underneath the entrance to my kitchen. There is mild and brown discoloration. They had their maintenance men come and “paint†over the mold at one point. I have since given up on my roof and moved locations. Also on 9/19/2018 I walk to the front of the apartment buildings near the mailbox to find a dead body covered in a sheet. There were four police men. I asked the maintenance man what happened and was told he can not say. There were no emails or anything about the incident. Apr 2017: Ann & Cory do an amazing job. We just rented a one bedroom & it is very nice & so is the price. This place is a great apartment option. They were both very helpful & professional when informing about the application process. People usually seem to stay here awhile & it is not like the surrounding apartment complexes filled with loud students. can't beat the area right across from the Boardwalk. We look forward to being here for awhile until our family eventually buys a home. would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet urban oasis! Review from Google

Aug 2015: When we first moved in this place was pretty cool. After a year or two we are ready to leave. Neighbors are loud at late hours of the night, place gets a little sketchy at night, one staff member acts like he is mad at everyone and parking sucks. If you want a good spot don't leave at night because guests will take everything. The price we pay a month would be ok if our popcorn wasn't falling off the ceiling, out air conditioning actually kept the apartment cool, our floor wasn't coming up, we didn't have a crack in the wall and if our toilet worked right. For the price you pay you could find a house to rent in much better condition.

I love the fact that there is so much within walking distance, especially the little lake that I often walk and run around and feel safe doing so. The newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful making the apartments look more like a home of a young professional instead of a college student. The open layout of the kitchen into the dining and living area is great for entertaining. I have had up to 20 friends over for a game night. Neighbors here are friendly and it is pretty quiet except for occasional neighbor noise (I live on the first floor).

Sep 2013: don't even bother living here. Shooting! Insane parking system! Roaches!
search 'Olmsted drive charlotte shooting' and you will find what happened. Your cars will be towed due to insane parking system.
don't bring your friends or guests when there is a football game at UNCC. It is painful getting a visitor parking permit.

Apr 2010: I live in the complex. There was an emergency in my apartment - a water pipe got cracked and the place was flooded. I had a problem even reporting the situation, because emergency response number was unreachable.
After I finally reported the problem, they could nod stop the leak for three days. To fix the consequences, they needed another 7 days. However, they gave me a price discount for the period of inconvenience, so I feel satisfied.
