Hi, I am subleasing my 1BR/1BA at University 🚶 walk from May 1st through July st. I live with three other 👩 girls and each room has its own bathroom. My room includes a bed with mattress, a desk, two 2-drawer dressers and a nightstand. The unit has a washer and dryer as well, which is pictured below. Rent is $ and includes all utilities including cable. The complex is located directly across from UNC-Charlotte campus and very close to the lightrail station that is on campus. Let me know if you are interested. Also, if you are looking to move in before May 1st, I am flexible.
