The apartment is right across from campus and right down the street from Harris Teeter. It&#;s a minute 🚶 walk to class.
The website lists rent at $, but with a parking pass, rent is $ a month.
This is a 🌉 gated community. All utilities are included ($/person/month). It is completely furnished with appliances and bedroom/living room furniture. Washer and dryer are included in the unit. There are plenty of amenities including a 🊠🏊 pool, game room, gym, /7 security, and package pickup from the front office. There is /7 onsite (emergency) maintenance. They work fairly quickly to respond to any complaints.
Each room has it&#;s own bathroom. There is one other 👩 femaleroommate. The complex isn&#;t pet-friendly, however, she does have an emotional support animal (cat). She is a full-⌚time student and also works part-⌚time.
The apartment is on the ground floor. Thankfully, it is closer to the street parking, which is great for visitors and guests.
I&#;m looking to move out late December, but I am willing to move earlier in the month.
