Oct 2019: This is the worst place I’ve ever lived they are so confused they have no clue what’s going on they’ve switched management 3-4 times within a years time span. Please just do not get tangled up in any lease with them my air conditioner was out for over 30 days i threatened to sue and break the lease and they didn’t do anything but offer to find someone to sublet which they never did. They also placed a bill on my credit I didn’t owe so now I’ve hired two lawyers to get it off my credit. Review from Google
Oct 2019: Signed the lease for a $150 gift card promised when we signed up. Then they told us at the end of August we would get it, then that didn’t happen so went back and asked and they said we would get it mid September. It’s not middle of October and said it was orders two weeks ago. So they can’t be reliable but overall the apartment and amenities itself are great though. Review from Google
Oct 2019: I moved into this complex in August of 2019. The management staff is terrible and never know anything. It's as if they do not have weekly meetings with the property manager so all of the leasing agents have the same information. We moved in and had a dryer broken for A MONTH until it finally got fixed. The dishwasher doesn't work properly and doesn't get dishes cleaned. The hallway near my door has not had all of the lights working and have been out since we move in and yet to have been fixed. Review from Google
Oct 2019: Horrible place. My daughter and roommate signed leases in July and now they have added 20 dollars to rent for parking and charge them for electricity. The apt had included water, electricity and cable. Wth? They also boot your car if you have an suv and park in a compact space. There is no parking to begin with and they do this? The Apts are not maintained at all and expect office staff to show up at your door at 730 at night on a Saturday to check on if you are doing something wrong. Multiple car break ins, shall I go on???? Stay away from this place!!!!!! Review from Google
Oct 2019: Awful. Expect none of your maintenance issues to get fixed. One maintenance guy for the entire apartment complex. Flooding, ant infestation, fruit flies, mosquitoes, leaking sink pipes, mold and mildew under bathroom sink, etc. Parking is a mess, the apartment grounds are covered in trash. Oh, and they charge the heck out of you! They only advertise for the flat fee... Ask about those other fees (parking, electricity, service charge) Review from Google
Aug 2019: They never fix anything, roommate matching is terrible. They don’t care about the residents at all. Only what is easy for them Review from Google
May 2019: My son lived at Flats at Campus Pointe this past school year. We ran into a couple of issues and I called Danesa Ward and she handled all my concerns with compassion and professionalism. She went over and beyond to communicate with me and ensure that I was satisfied with the resolution. If my son renews for next year it will be because I know Danesa is there!!! Review from Google

May 2019: Trying to find a new place to live can be extremely daunting. You don't just want to settle into a place simply because it's in your price range. You need to know what you're getting with all of that; that should any issues arise, you will be heard and management truly cares about you. I got an overwhelming sense of this and more when speaking to Danesa about possible residency. I wish all leasing offices had a consultant as warm, knowledgeable, and thorough as her. Thank you again! Review from Google

May 2019: When looking for a new place it can be so stressful. I appreciate the young lady Danesa. She was very informative and answered every question I had. I felt amazing by the time I left and look forward to moving. Review from Google

May 2019: I am headed to school in NC and my mom is thinking about relocating because she's scared to send me off by myself! This was the first property we visited and Danesa (spelling?) Completely sold us! She was kind and answered every question my mom had. She eased my mother's mind. I just wanted to say thank you publicly to her. Review from Google

Apr 2019: New management has been godsent. Great price for what you get, a quiet tucked away apartment complex near campus.
Mar 2019: This place is garbage. I signed a lease in early Feb for a move in of March 1st. They approved me immediately and took my deposit. One week before I'm suppose to move in I call just to make sure everything is set and I am told I would have to speak to the leasing manager who wasn't there tht day. I was told to email him but the email given was not correct.March 1st rolls around I walk in to get my keys and the guy at the front desk says they don't have an apartment for me. He claimed I only "applied for an apartment I didn't actually sign a lease" even though I have a confirmation email that states my lease was signed & confirmed. He told me they don't have any vacancies on the property, well why in the world did y'all approve me for a lease and take my money if there were no apartments available for my move in date. This place totally scammed me and never ever intended on giving me a place to live. Garbage.
Sep 2018: Not the worst experience, but definitely put me off a bit. I signed my lease super early in the year and I ended up losing my job and was unable to pay my rent BEFORE I was even scheduled to move in. I called to try to get the lease cancelled since I had not even taken vacancy and I was just given a bunch of excuses as to why they are refusing to cancel my lease. One of the main reasons I needed to cancel was because my mom cosigned for me and I did not want that to go on her credit. Overall the people in the office are generally friendly, but a select few have serious attitude issues and provide no empathy or understanding. I would definitely give this place a second chance because of the one bedroom options, but don't think they will ever look out for you or what is in your best interest and definitely watch your back. Jun 2018: I just want to start about by saying that the front office staff are really cool and amazing people. The place is very clean compared to the other complexes I looked around. I can’t wait to move in in August. Blvd 98 needs to take notes. The apartment I looked at a month ago was very clean and spacious. I’m glad they don’t have a parking garage. I love the open space, the many opportunities, the furniture and rooms are very modern and seem updated. I’ve compared this place to other apartments and their amenities. This one is by far the best one for the price you pay for. If anyone reads this review I suggest you look no further and choose this place. It’s very quiet unlike the other places I’ve seen. I can’t wait to move in Review from Google
Jun 2018: Caitlin in the office is absolutely amazing and as a former resident of Boulevard 98, this place is definitely a breath of fresh air. 😌 Review from Google
Jun 2018: Would give zero stars if possible. To preface, I have lived here for 3 lease terms- totaling to just under 3 years time. This is by far the worst apartment complex I have dealt with- to save time here are a few: -Parking: good luck- they'll threaten to tow and remind you parking is not part of the lease agreement. -Service: took 6 months and about 5-7 service visits to get a washing machine fixed- self explanatory- stopped calling them after that. -Management: have changed management 3 times, accused of not paying rent twice, even has changed corporate ownership twice. -Random fees: moving out you'll be charged with a nice clean up fee- regardless of the mess. One of my lease turnovers I didn't even move out and they had already charged me around $60. Pair this with the slow internet/horrible furniture, management that treats residents lik Review from Google
Mar 2018: The appearance of the community is upscale.  The grounds are perfectly maintained.  The lawn is cut, shrubbery trimmed, and edging around the scrubs is beautifully managed.  The physical structure does not show signs of aging.   There are no signs of paint deterioration or fading paint on the signs. The pool, clubhouse and common areas of the complex also looked very manicured, up to date, and carefully managed.   COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Community Center, Fitness Center, Computer Lab with Free Printing, Private shuttle bus to UNCC, Roommate matching program, Weekly resident activities, Yoga/dance studio, outdoor grills and patio, free tanning, entertainment room with billiards table, 24 hour emergency maintenance, professional on-site management, resort style swimming pool. APARTMENT AMENITIES: Private bathrooms with each apartment room, Review from Google
Feb 2018: I stayed here in 2013 with friends back then this place was very nice. But i have heard that management has changed and that my current friends that are staying right now can't wait to get out. I've also seen the parking lot so messy and the pool be filled with guest who don't live there. Review from Google
Dec 2017: I would give negative stars if I could! DO NOT LIVE HERE CUZ THE MANAGEMENT WILL TRY BEST TO KNOCK YOU DOWN!!! My fiancé lived here for 2 months. The living experience was nice. But after he moved out, I finally see how the WORST MANAGEMENT can be like!!! My fiancé was contacted 3 or 4 times during past six months and asked for “owed rent.” It was over 800 dollars! If 30 or 40 dollars of utility owed, he would have paid. But more than 800? MY FIANCÉ PAID RENT IN FULL PLUS $100 SECURITY DEPOSIT PRIOR TO MOVING IN!!! This horrible management never sends back $100 security deposit but keeps saying he has unpaid amount! For past few times, he got calls directly from the Flats at Campus Pointe. Every time my fiancé would explain to them, and every time the management would say everything’s cleared up. Obviously NOTHING IS CLEARED UP!!! Review from Google
