Due to unforeseen events, I have to move out of the Charlotte area. I am trying to move out as soon as possible. I am looking to move by the end of December. I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Palmer Apartment Homes. The lease has ten months left on it (January - October). It is a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment. The apartment also comes with a washer and dryer, 🚶 walk-in closet, and stainless steel appliances. There is also a balcony with a storage room attached. The rent is $ a month after fees. I know it&#;s the holiday season so I will give the person who takes over the lease $ to help cover the rent for January. There is a Walmart, Publix, Lowes, and various 🍔 restaurants and stores within 🚶 walking distance and only a minute drive. I have attached some pictures of the apartment in its current condition. I have moved out most of my furniture already. The person who takes over the lease can have the remaining pieces of my bedroom (📺 tv, chest of drawers, headboard, mattress, box, and bedrails) and the bar chairs.
