Currently subleasing 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment! Rent is $ a month, plus 💡electricity, but everything else (WiFi, cable, 🌊 water, etc.) is included. The Mill is right across from campus and provides a 🚌 shuttle to UNCC if you don’t have a parking pass. There will be one other roommate (👩 female) in the apartment who does have two cats, but they are super sweet and likely to get along with any other 🐕 pets.
