I am looking to sublease my 4x4 bedroom apartment at Rush! Rush is located in the heart of university city and it is a 2 minute 🚶 walk away from UNCC. It also is about a minute drive to concord. Rush comes with several amenities such as a gym, 🏊 pool, valet garbage service, and more! I’m currently set to move in on August th and rent is $. However, I would ❤️love to find someone beforehand. I would ❤️love to stay here myself but unfortunately I have to move out of the area. The three other roommates are also fun 👨 guys! It’s a great place for a great price!
