My roommate and I are looking to sublease our entire apartment starting mid March through July of . We are located at Rush Student Living ( University City Blvd). We would need two people to take over our lease. The rent per person is $.
This includes a fully furnished apartment, all utilities and amenities, a VIP parking spot, and a ❤️lovely courtyard view.
We are the original tenants and have been here since this complex opened. We have kept this apartment very nice and in near perfect condition. Rush is 🐕 pet friendly with an additional monthly fee. Super close to campus! It&#;s actually quicker to 🚶 walk to class than drive!
