Jun 2019: I was suppose to been living here last summer. I was getting a one bedroom and at the time is was $800 with water included. Right in my price range. I was suppose to been getting a renovated apartment with new carpet, appliances, and etc. I paid the deposit, fees, and admin fee.
They allowed me to look at the place before I was suppose to sign my lease. I HATED THE PLACE! First off it was supppperrrr small. I definitely underestimated what 600sq ft was. The appliances were new and the stickers where still on them but the cabinets had just been painted a brown dark and didn't look that good. Bathroom and kitchen were literally enough space to turn around in. I couldn't fit my queen size bed and dresser in the room and the closet was enough to hold my shoes.
Of course, I went with something else. But on the bright side the staff was warm and welcoming and didn't hassle me when I told them I didn't want it anymore. Review from Google

Jan 2019: Great complex with incredible staff. They are always there to help with everything. Maintenance is fast and responsive, especially in emergency situations, and office staff is super friendly.
The only somewhat downside to is placement of the complex, due to it being next to the PNC Pavilion. While this is great for access to the music hall by walking, when the busy season kicks in, it is difficult on certain days to get in/out of the complex due to the high traffic build up. Oct 2018: We've lived here for almost ten years and it has been a nice, quiet place for our family during that time. The apartment is a little dated (expected after ten years of occupancy), but the office staff is always pleasant, helpful and professional, and the maintenance staff is absolutely EXCELLENT. Since we've been here, repairs have been made almost immediately after a request has been put in. We have never had any issues with roaches or other pests in our unit. Oct 2017: Pavilion at UC is a great great place to live. I have lived here for over eight years myself and my family have been thoroughly satisfied. The Maintenance team is on point!! The Management team is the icing on the cake!! I really DO not want to leave this place. It has been really hard to leave. You just have to come and see for yourself. The biggest plus in my experience is every time I submit a service request, they answer immediately.

The maintenance team has gone above and beyond to fix a few minor imperfections in my unit. The response rate of the front office is unmatched and everyone I have spoken to in person has brought a smile to my face with how friendly they are. Mar 2017: I have lived here for 2 years and all I can say is that this is the best place in Charlotte to live. I've never had problems with this community! All the staff here is great! Megan, Robbie, and Joe are very understanding, fun, and professional. The maintenance team are caring people too! I've never went longer than the next day for a work order. This property is always clean, doing spectacular things for their residents, and keeping us up to date with the latest mortification in our units! Great job team! I wouldn't have it any better than to have an awesome, fun, loving, caring, hard working, always on the job, team like you! Thank you!!!!!

They allow loud parties and once you make a complaint about noise or another tenant , nothing is done . The 1 bedroom is almost $800... definitely not worth it .The area is also very sketchy , and there are no cameras around.

The rooms are big and spacious. The maintenance team keeps everything clean and in working conditions. Exit to 485 is really close and many useful businesses. The area is very calm and so are the neighbors. The office staff is AMAZING. They are very efficient and understanding. Especially Robbie. Robbie is very helpful, cheerful, happy, efficient just a joy to talk to and reach out to for any situation. This is DEFINITELY worth every penny to live in. Review from Google
