I am looking to sublease my room at Millenium One Apartments for the upcoming Spring Semester. The apartments are only a mile away from the UNCC campus and a 🚌 shuttle is provided free of charge to and from campus. The community is 🌉 gated and I have had no problem with noise since living there for 2 years. I have just transferred to UNC Wilmington. There is a spacious common area with a kitchen, living room and laundry room which separates two individual rooms with locks on the doors. The other room is occupied. The apartment is fully furnished and you will have your own bathroom and 🚶 walk in closet. Cable, internet, and all utilities are provided in the rent. 💡electricity is paid up to a certain threshold. The staff is great and there is a community 🏊 pool as well as small gym provided near the front office. A $. refundable deposit is required. The lease is through July st.
