You will be sharing the communal living area/kitchen with 2 roommates (both 👨 male) and both are rarely home. They are very easy-going and polite. However you will have your own room, with your own private bathroom (which happens to be the biggest in the apartment!)
I currently work on campus and can make it there in about 5 minutes ( in high-volume traffic)
Your immediate right turn OUT of the entrance of the complex takes you directly to i for added convenience if/when you need to go to the city.
Popular city destinations like NODA and Southend are a min drive away!
OUR LEASE IS UP IN MAY, so this deal would be 🏆best for an upcoming spring semester student that needs a place to stay January-May.
