May 2019: My below review was before we moved in, I just decided to update and had honestly forgotten about writing one. We moved to Reedy Creek and lived there for a year and a half (04/2016-10/2017) ...in that time we had the following happen:
A water leak above us flood our closet
Took 2 months to fix that
Never able to keep our apartment at 73 degrees because of leaky windows and doors (they told us it just is what it is and to deal with it)
Continual issues with upstairs neighbors having SIX people (2 adults, 3 children) in a 2 bedroom apartment. Loud, disrespectful, and the office did nothing even though they stomped around and screamed all night long.
Conversations with management were continually denied and changed to the point I started recording them
The rear window of our car got shot out by a stray bullet
My other car got hit in the middle of the night and no one ever left a note or let us know
And the FINAL straw- someone got shot 6ft away from my newborns bedroom window where he was asleep in his crib Review from Google
Oct 2018: This message is for the owner I just pass a terrible experience Saturday night my wife went outside the front door and my 3 year old son accidentally locked her out the appartment I was at work and I call the emergency number and a employee name John answer my call and I told him my problem and he told me he wasn't authorized to open door that he had to call the manager of the apartment and John return my call and told me that his manager didn't let him come to my apartment to open door and I told John my kid is crying that we need that key to open door he said no so I had to brake in and I call the police and let them know about my situation the owner never shouted hire people like that that they dont care about emergency Review from Google

I do have a burner that is not working on my stove, which I told them about and they have done nothing about it. There was a Laundry center, but it was closed within a few weeks of moving here for remodeling without any warning or information about when it will reopen. It's been closed for about two months now and I have to take my clothes to the laundrymat, which is inconvenient. The walls are VERY thin and you can hear a lot of things from your neighbors. I can hear my upstairs neighbor stomping around and dropping things, and I have a continuing issue with the noise coming from one of my next door neighbors.

Feb 2016: In the process of trying to get the lease signed and move in. My husband drove up to talk to someone and it was apparently bought out from Middleburg Management. The phone number doesn't work and the website is no longer working. Called Middleburg and they had no idea it was even no longer one of their properties. No Google searches are yielding correct info.

Mar 2015: I have lived here for 3 years and I love my apartment. Anytime I put in a work order the work is completed that same week. Rent is a good rate and office staff is friendly. I only wish the gym and Laundry was 24 hours. Review from Google

The staff was very helpful and even gave me a tour of the studio apartment. Eventually I came back several months late in March to actually apply and acquire the apartment. The staff still remebered me amazingly and were still incredibily helpful. The grounds are incredibly nice and its right by CPCC Cato Campus which is definitely an added plus. The apartment itself was cleaned and very well maintained when I first moved in and the leasing process was quick and painless. The staff here is full of energy and they make it an excellent experience!

They don't do carpets, they don't change filters, my dishwasher has been down 8 months and still they have not come to fix it. They charge $200 misc fee for trash bags if you have outside your door. All maintenance does is drive around to the store and things on golf cart, the people in the office have the nastiest attitude. Good with collecting money from you but nothing else. They charge $100 to replace blinds!!! I hate living here and can't wait until my lease is over. Review from Google
