Jul 2021: I will say this...when I first moved in 2015 it was peaceful. I didn't have bad neighbors and the service and community was well kept. Now being here and have moved to a larger apartment in the back, its dark, its dirty, its noisy, and the services for a nicer word sucks! It doesn't matter if you complain on your neighbors for being loud in the middle of the grass, drunk, and singing at 2am or if you need any form of assistance its just poor. My children and I were in the pool this past Sunday and a family who proudly came in and said we didn't live here took over the pool. Let's just say this...they don't check to see who lives here and who does not so why give people a colored wrist band if you will not enforce the rules??? Why have the lock to the pool on one side of the gate but when you want to exit you have to stick your arm through an opening to get out!
Sep 2019: I have had a great experience living here. To start the office staff is absolutely amazing. I have gotten to know them all and they are extremely attentive and genuinely caring. Next the maintenance staff is awesome. They respond to requests quickly, are always professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Anytime I see any of the staff out on the property they speak and I see them around making sure things are in order. It’s apartment living so some things are just par for the course but any time I’ve brought any concerns to the office staff they’ve been consistent with addressing things according to proper protocol and in compliance with NC landlord tenant rules which many people are unfamiliar with. I think it’s an excellent value for the money especially in this area and enjoy calling this home. Review from Google
Sep 2019: Parking is limited, obviously there will be noise past 10 on the weekends but during the week it’s quiet specially living on the third floor. Very great for the price. would recommend. Pool is quiet and relaxing during office ours past that a lot of people (assuming they don’t live in the apartments) Management is very friendly. I realize that this is an apartment not a private house so every now and then (holidays or special occasions) my neighbor would turn up the volume. No problem at all because it didn't happen 24/7.
The only problem I may have had was that the Master bedroom was very cold in the winter or very hot.
Otherwise if there was a issue , maintenance was always around to fix it.
Grounds are always kept clean and I always felt safe and secure.

Im just now calling maintenance again to place another work order and their application is down. Now i have this huge sink leakage, all my stuff got ruined and cant even wash my dishes. Jun 2019: I have absolutely no issues with the office staff or maintenance team. Any work orders that I put in are done super quick. The grounds are clean and nice for how big the property is too. It's really nice to go into the office when I pick up a package and have the office staff know me by name, even with how many people are here. The people that write these negative reviews must be breaking rules or just want special treatment, cause they aren't true. This staff overall makes this place feel like home, so you should seriously consider this property because I know I am glad I moved here! The price is definitely higher than it should be, no one should be paying the price of most mortgages to live in a place that wants to inspect your apartment every other month. That’s getting really old, we’ve only been here for 6 months and there’s yet another inspection of some sort tomorrow. This will be the 3rd time since I moved here in July that I’ve had to let someone in my apartment. And this notification was sent at 4:48pm today to let us know they’re coming tomorrow. I really don’t appreciate the lack of notice and personally don’t like strangers with access to master keys to constantly see my private property.

Jan 2019: First let me start off by saying if I could give this place a -5 I would. I have always been the type to never read the comments or go off of comments because all you see is bad never the good. But the comments that you read for this apartment that are negative please take it serious. My first two months of living here was wonderful but after that it all went down hill. This is the worst apartment that I have ever lived in, I would not recommend this place to NO ONE. The staff never answers the phone and they will tell you to leave a message and they will get back with you but they don’t. You have to call multiple times back to back just to get anyone. They let anybody move in!!! I’ve heard multiple fights from different homes, gang slag, and multiply cars being broken into in the one year that I was living there. Nov 2018: Worst experience ever! The leasing office is full of unhelpful, and rude people. They love you when you’re moving in and stop communicating when your lease is almost up. Didn’t get my written notice in on time, and paid $1700+ for 650 square foot apartment. I was told by two different staff members, the date I was returning back to town would be fine to turn in. Candice is not helpful and talks to people like she’s above them and they’re dumb. She sits in her office sipping her Diet Coke, humming corny elevator tunes and she SHOULD GET Up and do her job/ something. The windows are thin and shake everytime someone else leaves their apartment. People leave dogs on balconies. I don’t have to worry about hearing couples fight at 3am anymore. Aug 2018: I wanted to share my experience with maintenance. Rob, from maintenance, came by for an issue I was having in my apartment. He was very professional and was able to trouble shoot the issue and resolve the issue quickly. I was very impressed with how he carried himself. I have noticed some bad reviews about the community itself, however I am very satisfied with how the office, and Rob, handled maintenance issues. I truly believe Rob deserves a raise or promotion. Jun 2018: When I came for my appt to view the apt , the girl at the front desk had no information on me viewing an apt nor did they have an apt for me to view . I made that appt ahead of time , I left work early , was penalized and I they didn’t have an apt for me to see . I was told that I would receive a call Monday or Tuesday , I never received a call . When I called to check on the apt viewing , the person who answered the phone had no information on that viewing either . Overall my experience with this apt was just unprofessional. Jackie in leasing helped me very much moving in, was very friendly and does her job very well. My apartment is beautiful and my neighbors are very nice. My car has never been broken into or even touched. It is pretty quiet maybe the occational radio when people are pulling in to come home (I don't mind at all). College students would feel very safe and at home here and parents will feel relieved knowing their kids are living in a great apartment complex. Perfect for all ages and all personalities. This is a great place to call home.

For the past 2 and a 1/2 months we have been asking for an explanation as in why was there a maintenance guy in our apartment with a leaf blower. Leaving carbon monoxide behind. He went into our apartment at 11, and finished working on our drier at 12. But we have neighbors that say, that they saw him go back in at 2 PM with a leaf blower, causing the CO alarm to go off. What bothers me the most is that he never called the fire department for help, nor let us know. At 9 PM we got to our apartment and heard an alarm, but little did we know that it was coming from our apartment. Once I opened the door, you could see a cloud of smoke in our apartment, and smell a very strong smell coming out of the apartment. I live in the apartment with my wife and 8 month old baby.
