This is a perfect apartment for a short term summer lease. It is on the second floor overlooking a beautiful 🏊 pool facing a backdrop of uptown Charlotte. This is the Cadence Music Factory Apartments. The apartment does not allow me to post their website pictures but here is the direct link to their website. All you would need to do is fill out an application for the apartment with the office for the remaining ⌚time left on the lease. There is a $ application fee that I will pay for you. The lease ends 9// but you can resign if you wish to stay. The apartment typically goes for $ and cable and internet can only be purchased through the apartment/spectrum which is an additional $. INSTEAD, you would get my rate that signed in 9/. With rent, cable, internet, trash pickup, 🌊 water, and sewage my monthly total is $ which is an incredible rate for Cadence!
Please check out all the amazing amenities this place has! They have awesome events all summer including 🏊 poolparties, cookouts, yoga/gym classes, etc.. Parking is on the same level as the apartment in a 🌉 gated community lot. This unit includes a washer and dryer and all new stainless steel appliances.
