My name is Ryan Phillips and I recently graduated from UNCC. I am, unfortunately, looking for someone to sublet my giant room in my house. The house itself is a decent size, nothing crazy; but, the room I had is enormous and has it&#;s own bathroom with a huge tub. I am moving in with my 💕 👩 girlfriend in Raleigh, NC and so as of right now I&#;m paying both rents. The 3 👨 guys who live in this house are named: Bobby, Spencer, and Michael. Bobby and Michael recently graduated from UNCC and all three of the 👨 guys are laid back, lower &#;s, cool 👨 guys who like to occasionally 🍺drink too much and spend the following day recovering. They all work full-⌚time weekly jobs so if you&#;re a student at UNCC that&#;s probably perfect. Spencer has a super cute dog named Nala, I&#;ve added a picture of her below (with bobby). The important thing here is that you understand these 👨 guys are laid back. They are pretty 🎇clean, the house really doesn&#;t get dirty because everyone does their part. We do, however, have friends over regularly to 🍺drink and hangout. So the ideal candidate for this room is a woman or a man that either works full-⌚time or is in school, that likes to have fun on the weekends but has a positive work ethic. They must also be 4/ friendly and not one of those douchey people that says "oh yeah I&#;m 4/ friendly bro." Needless to say, you can&#;t be a douche and have this room. Rent is which includes internet, but utilities (🌊 water and 💡electricity) are not included. Usually 🌊 water is around $ per person a month, and 💡electricity is around $ per month. But if you are that type of person who takes minute showers or leaves lights on, then who knows maybe it&#;d be more. I will definitely need to speak to you in person before you take the room. Also, the room is "furnished" and by that I mean I have a full size bed in there and the closet is huge so you can fit all of your stuff. If you want the bed out that&#;s fine, I&#;ll sell it or some shit. The place is in a good location, probably a solid 3.5 miles from UNCC. If you want to be sketchy like I was, you can 🚶 walk to place down the street and take the 🚍 bus for free. Also, excuse the pictures. I know they suck, I took a video of the place and for some reason I can&#;t upload it here. The room and the closet are huge and 🎇clean. The landlord will fix any problem with the house.
