1. Arcadia is a cottage apartment community located by UNCC campus (little further south down University City Blvd). Being a cottage apartment community is by far the most interesting aspect of Arcadia...these are not your normal boring block apartments with unit on top of unit. The community is definitely student focused, offering a computer lab with printing, study rooms, and a residence life program. Utilities included in rent are water, electric, cable, and Internet.

2. There are many options regarding layout at Arcadia, anywhere from 1 bedroom to 5 bedrooms (see pictures of Floor Plans).
