Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting in the new year! The lease is from January-July. The roommate does have to be 👩 female and a STUDENT! Rent is $ a month, bedroom A, which is the biggest room in the unit, as well as the only room downstairs! I have a personal 📺 tv that I am willing to throw in that is already mounted on the wall! Serious inquires only! This is a great price! I will also pay for January’s rent!
