I am subleasing a bedroom in a 4 bed/2 bath apartment at the Warehouse on Rosemary Street. The apartment is a 2 minute 🚶 walk to Franklin Street and a minute 🚶 walk to campus! There is a gym, rooftop lounging area, study lounge, and parking available for an additional price. You will have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with one 👩 femaleroommate. I am willing to negotiate the price some!
Also, if you wanted to live in Warehouse for the entire year and did not get a spot, I am willing to discuss transferring the lease for the entire year. Please reach out with any questions!
