Feb 2017: The apartment is located in a great location close to coffee shops, Harris Teeter etc, the location is also close to the freeway. This place has ample parking space and is well maintained. The valet trash pick up is another great option which I like. Highly recommend this place.
Review from 2/22/17 on GoogleFeb 2017: The Connor Group-the new owner's of the Pointe at Chapel Hill is awful. The office and maintenance staff is rude, unfriendly and ignore complaints and issues, the trash is not picked up on a daily basis and it takes weeks for any maintenance requests to be handled. I do not recommend residing at this apartment complex.
Feb 2017: Definitely a great apartment complex if you have a dog ! The turfed dog park has been such a great way to meet other residents with dogs and become friends. There are plenty of walking/running trails surrounding the complex. Its about 10-15 minutes from any big store you could need such as target, walmart, home depot..etc. Food lion is walking distance and its just 5 minutes from the Harris Teeter! Super easy to get on and off highway 40.

Dec 2016: Living here is a great experience. The staff members are very kind and helpful. Interior is new. Utilities work well. Very good neighborhood. A bit noisy when kids play in the afternoon. Very quite during the night.

Dec 2016: The Pointe is a great place to live. The facilities are kept up very well. It is a great location for if you are looking to live in the triangle area!

Apr 2016: I have lived here for about 2 months. The community is very safe and the property is beautiful and well maintained. There isn't a lot of excess noise, the staff is helpful and everything is up to date.
