- 3 month lease
1 bedroom in 3 beds 2 baths.

I&#;m looking for a graduate student to sublet my room this summer!

Available May 6th (flexible) to August 1st (flexible). Rent is $/month.

The room is in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a cute forested neighborhood in Carrboro. The house has a big backyard, redone bathrooms, big back porch, fireplace, and great kitchen. Rooms are spacious with big closets. Common area and kitchen are well supplied and furnished.

Perks:
• 8 minutes 🚶 walk to the F 🚍 bus line.
• minute 🚶 walk to Carolina North Forrest.
• 1 mile to downtown Carrboro
• Easy 🚴 bike ride into campus
• 3 backyard chickens who lay delicious eggs

Rent is $ a month plus utilities. Rent for May would be prorated by move-in day. The room itself is on the second floor and can be unfurnished or left with current furniture at no cost to you. Right now there is a new queen mattress and frame, two shelves, mirror, desk, desk riser, chair, standing fan, two lamps, and a bean bag chair (see picture). All yours to use if you want them. The room shares a bathroom with one other housemate who is 🎇neat and respectful.

I share the house with two graduate students. One is a 3rd year PhD student in Public Health (he/him). The other is a 2nd year PhD student in Political Science (he/him). The person living in my room before me was 👩 female, and all genders/sexes/orientations are welcome in our home.

Our house is a quiet, accepting, and peaceful place to spend the summer. We all work hard, so this is not a house for parties. Looking for community minded, considerate sublet for my housemates to share space with.

If you are reading this, it’s still available! Send me a message introducing yourself and explaining what housing situation you are looking for. We can set up a zoom call and tour ASAP, and if it seems like a good fit we can set up a meeting with my housemates. We hope to have a final decision by the end of next week.
