Jul 2018: This apartment building gets 1 star because it is significantly cheaper than other places in the same area and proximity to UNC’s Campus. You truly get what you pay for. It is IMPOSSIBLE to park your car under this building and leave at the end of the year with no scratches or dents. Even if you are careful, other people will bump into your car. It’s ridiculous that they try and squeeze the number of cars that they do under here. The apartment itself is so small. There isn’t a living room, is more like a hallway/kitchen with rooms. The walls are THIN and the people who lived above me would blast John Legend and Carly Rae Jepson at 12 at night and 9 in the morning. MillHouse refused to do anything about it after I complained. Nov 2017: Good value. But the WiFi is insanely slow so you pretty much have to get your own. I honestly would have lived here again next year if the WiFi was good.
