Cost: Per month, the cost is $, all-inclusive ($ rent + $ for utilities). Includes parking, A/C, water/⛽gas/electric, high-speed internet, Netflix, and basic cable.
Eligibility: Only graduate students or professional school students may live in the house, as stipulated in the lease. I’d prefer to rent to someone who will be here for the longest amount of ⌚time. Looking for non-smokers who are considerate, respectful of shared space, and easy-going.
Location: Can’t be beat (really). Right around the corner from Franklin Street, the main street in downtown Chapel Hill. Campus is a -min 🚶 walk away; downtown Carrboro is a -min 🚶 walk away. Groceries within 7-min 🚶 walk. I&#;ve never had/needed a car living here for 6 years.
Parking: Included (a great perk)!
Room: Large, bright, furnished including queen bed.
Shared spaces: Large kitchen, pantry, and living room. 🚴 bike shed that locks and covered front patio. (All furnished.)
Laundry: Washer/dryer in the unit.
Roommates: 5 fun, considerate and 🎇clean UNC grad students!
Other amenities: I&#;m in the neighborhood if you need anything - recommendations, assorted things to borrow (camping gear, board games, a guitar, an air mattress for visitors...).
