Rent is a flat rate of $/mo. UNC campus is within 🚶 walking distance, with a 🚌 bus system also available. The place is recently renovated, 🐕 pet friendly, and has W/D included. The apartment is located on Howell Street (near Merrit&#;s 🍔 restaurant). I have three chill, super sweet 👩 femaleroommates so I am looking for a 👩 female subletter. Two are grad student age, with one undergrad.
