Hi, I&#;m subleasing one bedroom in our house in Carrboro for June-August. It&#;s a 1 min 🚶 walk to Harris Teeter and a 2 min 🚶 walk to the J line in a great neighborhood (it&#;s also a 5 min 🚶 walk from a weekly farmer&#;s market which is awesome). Rent would be $ + utilities, and it would start in June, but you can move in mid-May.
