I am looking to either sublet my room for Fall semester OR the entire &#;/&#; school year. The room is PRIVATE with its OWN connected bathroom, spacious closet, large windows, and even a remote controlled fan! Parking is INCLUDED in the price! Also willing to have the room FURNISHED for Fall semester.
The house is located on Carr Street - a less than 5 MINUTE 🚶 walk to Franklin Street and 8 MINUTE 🚶 walk to campus!
The house is newer and is shared with 3 great undergrad gals, and has a full front porch (half screened-in porch!), kitchen with brand-new appliances, large stacked washer and dryer, and parking for all four roommates (plus an extra spot for guests!).
Utilities are not included, and typically cost around $ a month per person. Willing to negotiate price if need be!!!
