The house is located in an ideal spot for both living in Carrboro and accessing UNC&#;s campus. We&#;re less than a 5 minute 🚶 walk from Weaver St Market, Open Eye, Gray Squirrel, and Cat&#;s Cradle. In addition, there&#;s direct access to the 🚴 bike/🚶 walking path to the west side of UNCs campus (min 🚶 walk / min 🚴 bike). The house itself has 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 1 downstairs), a large living space with couches and a 📺 tv, sizable kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and washer/dryer. There&#;s also a front porch, back patio, plenty of off-street parking, and a large storage garage.
The vibe of the house is low-key, 🎇clean, and friendly. We&#;re social people but tend to be fairly busy as graduate students. The current roommates include a PhD student in stats (Male), a law Student at UNC and a PhD student in Spanish literature (👩 female). Open to all! However, traditionally this house has consisted of grad-students in their mid-to-late s.
One available room is upstairs overlooking a quiet street. It gets great morning light. I couldn&#;t tell you the exact square footage, but it&#;s large enough for a full-size bed, dresser, desk, and has a good sized closet.
