We are looking to fill at least one, ideally two, bedrooms in an absolutely gorgeous Chapel Hill farm house by approximately January 1, . We may be able to be flexible for an earlier move in date.
We have no reason to move other than it is ⌚time for us to take the next step in living without roommates in our own home.
The farm is situated on several acres of land with walnut, pecan and cherry trees as well as scuppernog and muscadine vines, blackberries, tomatoes and much more space for additional gardening. The farm is inactive in that there are no livestock or farm animals on property.
Two other roommates (early s) live in the home currently and will remain through at least July .
