Located at Pine Buff Trail, Chapel Hill NC in the neighborhood south of UNC Hospitals and Medical Campus. min 🚶 walk to the campus and very close to the B school. The room will be unfurnished with internal personal bathroom upon lease, but we don&#;t mind at all helping move furniture. The downstairs area is a separate portion of the house; has its own furnished common area and separate, full kitchen. There is an unfinished room that has been converted to a lounge/bar with full surround sound and lights. Covered porch as well. Parking is included and we are pet-friendly.
